Squad Structure
MINI SQUADS: These squads are designed for swimmers who are just starting out in swimming club and can swim at least 25m in Freestyle and swim Backstroke, Breaststroke & Butterfly reasonably well. Sessions are 35-45 Minutes.
C & D SQUADS: These squads are aimed at swimmers who can swim between 25m – 50m – 100m confidently in all four strokes. Sessions are 1 Hour 30 Minutes.
B SQUAD: This squad is aimed at swimmers who can swim all four strokes confidently for 50m – 100m. Sessions are 1 Hour 45 Minutes/2 Hours
A SQUAD: This squad is designed for swimmers who must be able to do all four strokes confidently and efficiently over all distances. Sessions are 1 Hour 45 Minutes / 2 Hours
Squad allocation is at the coaches’ discretion. Training grades DO NOT reflect Point Score grades. Swimmers out of any squad are able to and encouraged to enter carnivals held in the region.
What To Bring
Please bring the following to EACH training session, clearly marked with your name:
Goggles (plus a spare in case of malfunctions)
Flippers (fins) & Kick Board
Filled water bottle
Swimming Cap
Paddles & Pull buoy (your coaches will advise you if you need these)
* The above training equipment is available for purchase from the club.

*360 Fitness Club – a membership fee is payable to 360 for this session.
