Kootingal – Moonbi Amateur Swimming Club is one of the strongest and most successful clubs in the New England and North West NSW Region.

We are a very family orientated club with swimmers ranging in age from 5 years to 45 years. The aim of the club is to cater for all types of swimmers from those who can just swim 25m through to serious competition swimmers.

Our club boasts two Bronze level qualified coaches in Greg Poetschka and Graham Johnstone who endeavor to develop and improve all swimmers in the club. We conduct sessions for beginners in our Mini Squad through to our competitive swimmers in our A , B and C Squads.

Our popular Point Score / Club Night Program held each Tuesday night through the summer season provides swimmers valuable race practice in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Summer training is held at Kootingal Pool and throughout winter we train in the heated pool at 360 Fitness in Tamworth.
