Join us for one of the most anticipated events on the club calendar — our Annual General Meeting, Presentation Day and Club Dinner!

We warmly invite all swim club members and their families to come along for a fantastic evening celebrating another great season in the pool. The night begins with our Annual General Meeting, where members have the opportunity to have their say and vote for the committee who will help guide the club into the next season.

Following the AGM, we’ll move into our Annual Presentation, where we recognise and celebrate the hard work, improvement and achievements of our swimmers throughout the season. It’s always a proud and inspiring moment for families and athletes alike.

To top off the evening, everyone is invited to stay and enjoy our Club Dinner — generously sponsored for swimmers by the club and the Kootingal Hotel. It’s a relaxed, family-friendly time to share a meal, catch up with teammates and celebrate the season together.
